Members of the house of representatives on constituency projects claimed there is zero implementation of the constituency projects in the South South. Mr Pally Iriase representing Owan Federal constituency stated this in Benin. Mister Honorable why don't you go to Abuja and speak with the powers that be to rectify this instead of just making noise in Benin.
