The baby's mother was found by the Chinese authorities and she turned out be an unmarried woman in her early twenties who claimed she had a stomach pain and went to the toilet where she delivered the baby inside the toilet. This scripted version which is aided by the chinese state is rather curious and more intriguing is the fact that the authorities have refused to press charges and have decided to discharge the child to the woman's relatives.
